In product content area at this moment I see Tabs/Accordion. By default there is 4 tabs but 2 active: 1) description and 2) write rewiev – http://nimb.ws/oEyWdF
Another Section 2 and Section 3 … I dont know for what it. If there I writing something but no shown in frontend. How 1) description and 2) write rewiev is coming in this tab.

One of these sections is for the attributes of the product, and the latter is free to add what you want.
The easiest way for custom sections is to create a specific layout and add specific sections for this layout.

yes it is easy but if you want to create a layout for many products it is worth buying a module that allows you to assign a specific layout for multiple products.
To create a specific layout depending on the opencart version 1.5.x this is in System / graphic / design /position
Then you must asigner the product to this layout in the Design tab.
This new layout will be visible in the administration of the theme in the layout section.

My versions is v.2 Maybe I something not right understand. I thought new created layouts is for all products. Ok, that for me that not easy. OK, no problem
Maybe you know when TB will fix blog, because they not answering in this question about it.

Hi,
These are the four tabs:
- Description
- Attributes (Specifications)
- Discount
- Reviews
Empty tabs do no render. This means that if your product does not have discount and attributes, these tabs will be missed and not output on frontend.
Is there any other problem that we are missing?
