Hi,
I have encountered a problem in the product image upload.
The images are showing as a broken image when we upload an image in any size. It works only when the product images are resized and uploaded which is an uncommon practice for Opencart. I tried adding PNG & JPG verions, but it only works when the Product image is resized to 500 X 500.
if the image is more or less than that dimensions it give a broken image.
Please see attached image. Can you please provide a solution for this?

Hi Ricky,
Missing images are most likely caused by non valid characters in the image name or path. We will need to check your live website to make sure. Please grant us with admin access (or disable) your maintenance mode, if there is.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

The Thumbnail image is showing in the home page but when we click on the product image the image is not showing up

Found the issue. It is because the image name is with space. We need to rename the image without spaced between words

Glad to see everything is working fine. What is your theme version? Generally this issue has been fixed from BE v1.2.0 and above.
