Product Options not appear on Cart

I tried to create a color option for this particular product. However when I add this product to cart, the color option didn’t appear in the cart

Here is the link of the product:

I tried to choose 1 color and add to cart. And choose another color and add to cart again. It will be shown as 2 different items in the cart which is the correct behaviour, just missing the color option information.

Noted, will update my theme file. But I need some guide on this.
I tried to check on other thread about upgrading burn engine in this forum. I suppose to go to module and update the theme if the system prompt me to. But I went to extension module, there is no prompt to update. I try to go to Burn Engine >Themes also no update prompting. Please help me on step by step how to upgrade my theme.

Hi,

In brief the steps are:

1) Upload latest theme files

2) Go to Theme CP and run the updater.

If you do not have an update prompt we will have to take a look at your webstore. Will need admin and ftp access.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,
I’m managed to install the latest version.

However, the color option is still not appear on my cart (screenshot attached)

After Upgrade I also have this problem, menu bar on top, after I scroll down on the page, it became so huge. Screenshot comparison before and after upgrade attached.

Hi,

1) We’ve uploaded the latest CSS fixed on your website and the sticky logo size now works. Yon adjust it from Page Builder > Header > Logo.

2) About product options problem – they were not appearing when using the default theme at all. After we re-saved the color option, it shows fine in the cart. You can check this product:
