Product Retrn Page show Page Not found Error

Hi There, Few days back purchased your pavilion theme for one of my newly created shop. Everything is fine except the product retun page which shows “The page you requested cannot be found!”. As far as I know, it supposed show user a form which they fill out details about the product they are returning. Also I have notice (it may not be a problem at all) if type `index.php?route=account/return` full width page shows with message “The page you requested cannot be found!” shows and if I try access the page with `index.php?route=account/returns` notice the “RETURNS”, it shows same page as above but with Affiliate Menu on the left side. Reasons for heighlighting this is whether there is a typho somewhere in the code????? I need your urgent attention as this is a live shop now. Your urgent attention is really appreciated. Hi, The link for OC 1.5.x is: `index.php?route=account/return/insert` and the one for 2.0.x is: `index.php?route=account/return/add` Anyway theme should insert the correct link when using a Page Builder menu block, or you have added the menu from Menu Composer. Where have you inserted this menu from? What is your OC version? We may need to take a look at your website and check theme admin settings. Hello, we have the problem that the return-overview page cannot be found: index.php?route=account/return This actually should show an overview of teh customers returns, but we get error that page cannot be found. Has therefore anyone a solution? Cheers, Daniel	gate0keeper

We had not set up the return option yet, so I tested it on our 1.5.6.4 and the return page can not be found. Deleted existing link in footerand added it NEW Return Form system block just in case and it to “could not be found” either. Cheers, This reply was modified 3123 days ago by looserfoot.	looserfoot

@looserfoot You don’t have a return request form, because you have returns disabled from Pavilion CP > Theme Settings > Store > Common. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
