If I create a tag for stories in Pavilion stories panel with latin extended characters (letters) they are replaced with “?” question marks after saving.

Is the table for tag stories in database not UTF-8 (Unicode)? Or is it some sort of PHP code issue in Pavilion? How can I fix it, can you please provide an Pavilion update?

Another thing is that with admin left side admin panel shown full size the stories Pavilion panel does not fit on the screen and goes under other elements (if you add some additional tags to the story, without tags added it looks ok). If you minimize left side admin panel it has enough place to fit the screen. I use laptop screen with 1280px, so maybe with bigger resolution the issue is not visible.
