question regarding Pavilion theme

This topic has been marked as not resolved.

hi, i’ve just bought the theme yesterday, and installed it into my existing store, and i found some bugs(maybe not bugs) and report it as following:
1. for most of my third party extensions, they don’t work at all… such as “filter extension”, “registration extension”. etc..
2. when i enable “slider” for “subcategory”, it doesn’t work, all the subcategory shows up instead of showing in a slider…
3. for module block, only show default opencart module, none of the third-party modules are included, then how do we “make it work with third party extensions?”

I’m afraid that i need more time to play with this theme, cause it seems very powerful but a little bit complicated, so i decide to install it at the fresh opencart store.

the only problem is before i installed this theme, i only backup all the files, but forgot to backup the database… so I’m just wonder that if I just restore all the files, is it gonna be ok? is there anything that i should do with the database side?

Kindly Regards
Bruce

Hi Bruce,

What is your OpenCart version?
Have you installed any sample data?
Have you imported your existing modules (for the moment available only for OC1)?

1) Are these extensions modules or vqmods that rely on front end markup structure? Modules can be imported into Page Builder. Vqmods may stop working, as we’ve changed OpenCart default theme markup at some places. For each of your vqmod that is not working, please create a separate topic with the link to extension and attach the xml modification file (in a zip archive), so we can check.

2) Maybe we will have to look at it so we can help. We will need admin access.

3) Please check the documentation to see how to import third party modules into Pavilion Page Builder: http://docs.themeburn.com/pavilion/content-blocks/opencart/

4) If you haven’t selected “Demo Store” on sample data installation, then you have no database changes.

BR,
ThemeBurn team
