Random & Featured Products price incorrect, Internal Server Error

Hi,

I’ve been trying the Random & Featured Products Block and the price is showing as incorrect (£20000).

When I click the product I get and Internal Server Error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@ to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

To update I’ve done a fresh install and the issue still exists.

SEO URLS have been enabled and are working.

The products listed don’t seem to use the SEO URL.

Please can anyone advise?

Hi,

We cannot confirm this problem locally and will need to take a look at your live website. We will also need the admin and ftp access.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

We checked and found that the issue is not connected with our theme. The config.php file is screwed up. It shouldn't contain 'DIR_CATALOG'. Correct it and your issue should be resolved.

Should the DIR_CATALOG be removed completely or changed to the following:

define(‘DIR_CATALOG’, ‘catalog/’);
define(‘DIR_APPLICATION’, DIR_CATALOG);

Sorted!

Removing DIR_CATALOG and changing the path for DIR_Application has resolved the problem.
