Hi,
I just downloaded Shoppics (html) and am looking for a read me file or some sort of instructions pdf that can help explain the basics of the template. I am just having many issues with anything actually functioning. For example, when I preview the site with dreamweaver in chrome, on the “product.html” page, add to cart doesn’t actually add anything to the cart.. The shopping cart on the side doesn’t work (you can’t remove any of the default three items from the list). Just many problems such as those where nothing works. Is there a read me file I am missing or some tutorials? Do I need to use another software to make it work? Please let me know as soon as possible.

The item you have purchased is a design only. It is not a part from some other software package, nor it is an ecommerce system itself.
Shoppica HTML theme is intended for implementation in third party systems by web design professionals.
If you are looking for a “out of the box” product you can check Shoppica for OpenCart.
