This topic has been marked as resolved.

Hi,
My website is : http://www.yourvinyls.co.uk
I‘m looking for a fix for my billing details as no one can get further then region / state as the field options are blank.
I also receive this error at first, then when changing the country too.
I’ve added the image of the error that pops up below.
This happens on all guest and user accounts too so its an overall problem which is stopping all trading.
My OpenCart is Version 1.5.6.1 and Shoppica is 2.2.4 if that helps

and I’ve also tried tried:
Step 1
Go to: catalog/view/theme/default/template/checkout/ & then Copy below 3 files.

shipping_address.tpl
payment_address.tpl
guest_shipping.tpl

Step 2
Go to: catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/checkout/ & then Replace it 3 files. & then check it.
Please could you help me? Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Do not copy templates from the default theme, as this can cause additional problems to your website.

Have you added some third party extension or modified something manually?

Hi Themeburn,

I have copied shoppia2 original .tpl template files back into the checkout section so its all the original files. I have not edited any of these files so I’m unsure how the error has occurred. I’ve tried removing all my vqmod extensions and I still have the same error too.

Hi,

Generally, if the problem is presented when using the default theme, then this is not a Shoppica problem.

Anyway, we will try to help, but we need admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Sorted the issue out, In the end I found out that I could copy the error log from google chrome and pasted it into text edited which allowed me to view the rest of the code to which at the end showed me a location of the error

I had a custom h1 tag on the index.php page outside the html tag. Sorted it now but thanks.
