Topic: Registration not creating an account

Hi, The registration on my clients site is not working. When filling in all details, and then press register button. It refreshes and doing nothing. I tried turning off all plugins, no result. I tried changing theme to twenty fifteen and it works imidiatly. I also updated the theme to the latest version 1.6.0 but that didn’t help too. In this forum i found a solution from 2013 and it made a blank page. Please help me out. Thanks in advance. BR,	RDEE

What you have posted in that old topic didn’t work for me. If I add that in it breaks the page and when you click continue nothing happens. I applied this file to my site: http://support.themeburn.com/topic/the-registration and it got it working at least but the issue is not fixed permanently. I would be more sattisfied when you would have said, i´ll repair it for you. My client can´t go online now and that cost money every day from now on. Is it better to get a refund? What are we gonna do about this?	RDEE

I have the same problem, they can not buy my clients that when they go to register does nothing , I’m losing customers because of him , I need this fixed please .	canete2
