Removing product on the cart page

This topic has been marked as not resolved.

Good day, I have a bug with the latest Opencart Shoppica version. When a customer clicks on the delete product button, the product is actually removed from the shopping cart in the menu. However, the cart page itself doesn’t refresh and doesn’t show a message that the product is removed. Changing the quantity of a product does work normally and is reflected on the cart page.

Is there a bug fix so deletion of a product is shown on the cart page?

Regards,
Robin

Minor addition: this can also be reproduced on http://shoppica.net/checkout/cart. Does anyone happen to have the solution to this problem or could you help me solve it?

Dear support, this problem isn’t specific to our site. The problem also occurs in the Shoppica demo as described.

Hi,

We’ve tried to provoke this problem locally but there was no error. Do you run the latest Shoppica (BurnEngine) version? Theme demo is a bit old and we’ve never managed to see this problem on the most recent Shoppica.

Hi,

Yes, this is the latest version and it should not have any problems. If you do however, then we will need to check your installation (since we cannot provoke this problem locally).
