Although our pages render properly, when I inspect the source and Google crawls our site a resource for font-awesome is not available.
https://www.oldislandstamps.com/catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/font/font-awesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.7.0
Thanks

Hi Brad,
We will need the website admin and ftp access, so we can check.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi Brad,
We’ve checked your store installation and the files that are reported to be missing are right on their place. We see you are using a Windows based hosting which might be the cause. Most likely there is/are some security rule/s that prevent the HTTP protocol (end user) to access a certain file types – in your case woff and woff2. You have the same situation in your admin panel with same files.
Unfortunately we are not specialized in server management and cannot help you more here. What you can do is to explain the situation to your hosting provider and ask for help.

Hi there,
Yes I found the files as well. I will submit a ticket with the hosting provider and see how it goes.
Thanks for taking a look.
If you don’t mind, leave this issue open and if we find out the root cause, I will update it in case someone runs into the problem again.

The MIME type files have been updated and the error for the woff/woff2 files is resolved.
I have one more;
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (swiper.jquery.min.js.map, line 0)
…./catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/javascript/maps/swiper.jquery.min.js.map
This file does not exist.
Thanks!

Hi Brad,
Can you try to extract the attached archive in catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/javascript/ ?

The problem is resolved, after….
first I extracted the attached archive to; catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/javascript/
Then I received an error for the same file in;/image/cache/tb/maps
There was no folder name maps in /image/cache/tb
So I created “/image/cache/tb/maps” and extracted the file into that folder as well.
No error. Problem resolved.
Thanks!
