Responsive problem

This topic has been marked as not resolved.

Hello,

As we continue testing the capabilities of Technopolis Theme for our new e-commerce store we noticed that on a 13,3 inch screen laptop with full hd (1920×1080) resolution while using Chrome the official demo on 100% zoom is looking like the picture : 100-percent-original-theme
and our website start looking exactly like the original one on 67% zoom. On 100% zoom our site looks like the picture : 100-percent-our-website. On the last picture: 67-percent-our-website you can se that we have to zoom out and make the site smaller that usual to be able to see the full
content of it.

Can you provide us with solution on this matter.

Why on your side its looks perfect on 100% and on our we have to zoom out to see the full content of the website?

Best Regards,
Stefan Pavlov

Hello Stefan,

Sometimes the screen resolution is not equal to the CSS resolution. More info what does this mean can be found here:

We could take a look at your website, if you give us a link to the live example.

Well how than the demo site of yours open like it should be and ours open zoomed by default. Is there options in BurnEngine that you can change to get the wanted result. I dont get it if i havent change anything why they are differnt when they should be exactly the same when i am looking the both sites on the same PC with the same resolution.

PS: At the moment we reinstalled the whole shop because of the problems with the SEO pack/Friendly urls. When we again start working on the look I will provide you with urls.
