Sample data install

Hi,

I need some help installing the sample data. I’ve installed the theme but when I install the sample data all I get is a loading screen and spinning wheel. I’ve left it to install for a while but it’s still the same and no sample data installs.

Can anyone help?

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Is no one going to help? I’ve had this theme for about 2 weeks now and can’t use it. The sample data won’t install. Please help me. Thank you. My password has been updated so here are the new details.

Hi,

What we’ve done:

1) Uninstalled Pavilion CP module

2) Install it again

3) Install sample data (existing store)

Sample data installed fine and we’ve experienced no hangouts. If you want different skin, you could follow the same steps.
