No, you don’t need to install it locally. Just asking, because we have recently had some issues with local hosting.

Can you provide the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

We have just submitted a new version to themeforest to fix some recent issues with Pavilion.

You can find find a patch attached to this post. It contains the changed files only – just upload the tb_themes folder over the one you have on your server, replacing the old files. Then go to admin panel -> Extensions -> Modules, uninstall Pavilion module and install it again. Just in case, clear the browser cookies.

Before going into detail, could you please apply the instructions above and share if this fixes your issues ?

Hi,

you did some modifications to opencart core files (for example config.php) which case conflicts between vqmod and opencart 2.0 modification system. Pavilion relies that OpenCart modification system is working properly.

Could you please do a fresh OpenCart 2.0 install (without modifying anything), apply Pavilion and share if you still have issues ?

observe that after installing the new OpenCart (unmodified) theme works correctly, there might be problem in translation or something … I will see where is the mistake …
Thank you for your help and if you have problems, I will back with a message…

We saw that you modified config.php with custom conditions for localhost. Please, install unmodified opencart version and apply Pavilion to it to ensure that it works correctly. Thereafter add translation files, vqmod or whatever you need to see if one of these additions breaks Pavilion.

hello,
I noticed an error in Pavillion theme.
In sections Style> Menu and Style> Header. After I customize the preferred design, it saves the settings and returns to one of these sections do not appear options / settings selected.
The following are printscreens example.
Please tell us your or solve this error.
And one more question, if you can, I would like to know where these settings are saved.
Thank you very much!

Hi,

Can you enable the administration again so we can check? We cannot login with the provided credentials.

All settings are saved in the OpenCart database.

Hi,

You need to uninstall and then again install Pavilion CP module. Afterwards import the sample data, choosing the Shoppica skin.
