Hi,

After upgrade to v3.1.5 my widget filter works, thanks but now I have a little bigger problem. I cannot save my settings on both stores. I try with and without SSL, cleared cache etc but when I save settings it keeps “Savings settings”

Current store Huisdierenspeciaalzaak.com (Default)
Current theme Shoppica v3.1.5 /installed on 12.11.2016 19:13/
BurnEngine version 1.1.5
OpenCart version 2.3.0.2
vQmod version 2.6.1
HTTP ServerApache/2.2.24 (Unix) mod_hive/5.5 mod_ssl/2.2.24 OpenSSL/1.0.0-fips mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 mod_fastcgi/2.4.6 mod_fcgid/2.3.6
MySQL server version5.5.31-30.3-log
PHP version 5.4.45
PHP memory limit 64 MB
PHP Zip extension Yes

Do you have any idea or suggestion about this?

(sorry placed it also in Shoppica Opencart theme)

Hi,

We will need the website admin access, so we can check.

Hi, When all SSL is active saving in the default theme is possible. But in second, not default, shop on colors saving settings hung.

Before sending you the login I active SSL again. Httaccess redirects, SSL settings shop etc I checked and all works again? I really don’t know but I think setup SSL settings wasn’t correct?

Thanks for helping, case closed

Hi,

We’ve got a similar case where the user complained about hanging on his side. However when we’ve checked the same website from our side, there were no problems. Sometimes clearing cookies and browser cache may fix the problem.

Hi Theme,

Browser or history cache wasn’t the problem in my opinion. I tested on machine never visited the website and on different cleared browsers an in private. I think it must be hosting caching? Of course a flushed everything on the hosting and theme burn cache and made no difference. After 3 days it works again but really don’t have any clue.

Next time I will make a issue directly for you ;-)
