I got an email with: Script Updates Available

It says
“The following script updates are available:

OpenCart 3.0.3.1:
my page…

To upgrade these scripts go to your Control Panel -> Softaculous -> Installations.
There you will be able to update the scripts.

Do I need to do this update or is it not necessary? You need to go to your server domain panel or can you do it from your admin page control panel? I didnt find Sonftaculous in my admin page, its probably on the domain panel site for hosting, right?

Can I mess something up with this update or will everything work after it? Is Technopolis theme prepared for this new version?
