Hello

 

I can t disable  second language  tab. I  disable english under setting / 1 have enable only me language – english is disabled  /  but when add new category   a see stil english language  tab and me own language  so i cant save  without  add name  of category for english . Its same also with product

Hi,

Languages are controlled from Admin > System > Localization > Languages. There you can add and remove languages.
