Gustavo, there is a change log of which files were edited and a way to compare file code included in the user installation guide.

This theme is an excellent one and has been downloaded over 1500 times, so the development team has made the updates easy by putting them up for download and providing a comprehensive guide and change log. Personally, I think it is a cool approach.
