Hi there –
After purchasing your theme today, I read the installation instructions, installed the proper files for version 1.5.2.1 of Opencart and I don’t have a module “Shoppica Theme CP”. I have overwritten the index file and also checked to be sure the code is there inside the text file but I still can’t get it to show up. Please help.

Here is the url: http://www.mediamayhem.net/brimstonegunsmithing/

Thank you,
Angie

Hi Angie,

It seems you haven’t copied all your Shoppica files. What we could suggest is to reupload all the files from the package again.

If you still have any problems, you can send us your ftp to have a look.

Hi there –
I have re-uploaded all of the “Files to Upload” twice and still am unable to get the module to appear. I have checked that the files are there through my ftp client and I am not sure what to do next. I have purchased this theme and would really like to be able to use it but the fact is, I am running out of time to get this up because I need to deliver on the storefront soon. Please help as soon as possible.

Thank you for your time,
Angie

Hi,

I had the same problem of the Shoppica template not showing up. Using winSCP I uploaded “Files to Upload” several times without luck. After working on this for a long time I finally discovered that I had to open the “files to upload” so now I could see all the files in there and I uploaded them. When these files were uploaded they went into the right place within Open Cart and didn’t just sit in the “files to upload”. If winSCP and FTP work the same this may work for that too.

I hope this helps someone else. Being a newbie at all this I know how frustrating it can be.
