Hello,

I have a major theme related problem with my site, customers cannot complete payment on the checkout page.

The error message I get is: “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files….”

Pages like “Home” and “Shop” are displayed incorrectly too.
It is possible for someone to take a look at this as its quite urgent?

Also, I updated to the latest version of WooCommerce as soon as the error appeared.
Customers are backlogged and having to be emailed forms to fill out manually!
Please help!

Hello,

You have to update Shoppica theme to latest version (1.4.2). You can download it from your ThemeForest account.

Hi again,

Sorry it fixed the site accept it now won’t take card payments, only paypal. See attached screenshot.

Any ideas why?

Hello,

This is problem with latest Woocommerce 2.7.1. We are working on new theme patch and will submit it as soon we find a solution for this problem.

You can install Woocommerce 2.6 until we submit new patch.

I have installed 2.1.6 and it hasn’t fixed the problem.

Hi Guys,

Our customers are wanting to pay via Credit Card and we are not getting these sales through for them. They get through the checkout form, “agree” to the Ts&Cs and hit “Place order”. The page refreshes and all they get is an error message saying “The page you requested cannot be found”…

You mentioned you are working on a fix, should we use a different theme for the meantime?

We are are not ready with the compatibility patch yet. Please install older version of Visual Composer until we release the patch.

Ok, have been playing around and we have now fixed the problem! It was a case of installing an older Swipe plugin (for card payments) to work with the older version of woo commence.
