Topic: Shopping Cart problem with MultiMerch and Pavilion

I have Multi Merch and Pavilion I have set it up and its all ready to go. I originally had it on 1.5.6.1 and used a converter to convert data to use on OC2 Once everything was ready I tested to make sure you could buy things etc… and once I got to this point https://www.dropbox.com/s/w04f5jehwukeggr/Screenshot%202015-02-03%2021.15.27.png?dl=0 the cart empties itself. I have had a problem with MM now for about 8 days and they still haven’t responded. There are useless and MM is not compatiable with Pavilion	fire0911

Martin at MM has tried to help me as much as he can but its a pavilion issue… and this was a early birthday/mothers day present off my children… what a waste of their money!! I am wanting a refund if I don’t get help!!	TrulyHandcrafted71

@TrulyHandcrafted71 Have you checked, if this problem is presented when using the default theme? In all cases we will need admin and ftp access, so we can check. You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff. Best, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Apologies I thought I had wrote in her what was the problem. Basically I had multimerch on the open cart 1.5.6 running and while I was building the OC2 etc to upgrade the site, so the reason for the cart emptying itself problem was that the one I was building was on the same root htaccess and it was inteferring with the cart while testing. So I had to put it on a totally separate subdomain and all is ok.	TrulyHandcrafted71
