When it comes to carts and checkouts it makes no sense to include global overrides.

in fact it just makes everything look funny, and the last thing you want to do once a person has decided to checkout is give them more options…. never, ever, ever give confuse someone with another option before they complete their first purchase.

shopping cart and checkout should both have option to override global left/right without having to edit every single page.

above img also shows how left column is being over-ridden by title and breadcrumbs… just like previously entered issues.. it shows up that way on both cart and checkout pages…

Hi,

You could easily remove sidebars (and any other content area) from Page Builder for a specific page:

1) Go to Page Builder > Left Column > System > Checkout > Cart / Checkout. You should see the inherited content.

2) Delete the content, so you have an empty scope and hit “Save”.
