Site does not show on a mobile device

Hi – any help would be appreciated…. I can not get our site to render on a mobile device. It seems to work fine on an iPad, but does not work on any type of phone. On a smartphone, the progress bar just spins and spins but the page does not display. http://dev1.store.general-data.com I do not want to disable the mobile view, as I have seen discussed in other threads. We want to use the mobile view, that’s why we purchased Shoppica2….. Thanks -	gendata
