Site not rendering and not usable in IE 8/9, but fine in 10/11

Hello, Can you please tell me what would be causing my site to not render correctly and mostly be non functional in I.E. 8/9? Thanks	protechtrader

Hi, We’ve checked your website’s page source code and it seems there are three lines of commented code before the opening `html` tag. Most likely this is the cause, your website goes in quirks mode and breaks page layout. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Thanks this did seem to fix most of the issue, but the intro product image still does not show in internet explorer. It does seem to show fine in firefox and chrome, but in IE it still is just a blank white box even after the code update that helped with other rendering issues.	protechtrader

Hi, We see now that there are width and height attributes with an invalid value (“h”) on all product intro images. It seems that this causes the image disappearance in IE. Generally Shoppica does not include this attribute, so it should be some third party extension/module you use. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
