but the slide is still not clickable.

Hi,

Link on the entire slide will not work, if you have any link or button layers. Is this your case?

If not, we will need to take a look at your website.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

Link on the entire slide IS supported, but it will not work, if you have any links as slider layers. We can inspect the problem, if you share your website address.
