Please help me out with this, I’m so frustrated. I read a solution to this in the forums but it won’t work for me. I am also having trouble with those blocks that say “Free Delivery, 14-day money back guarantee, next day deliver”, and the other that has the “useful links”. I want to get rid of or at least edit those blocks. Your replies in the forums for this issue is to go to page builder > content > layout > product. But when I do this, I get a message that says: {“success”:false,”message”:”Arguments error”,”reload”:0}

I have been getting that on several occasions. I’ve combed through every conceivable inch of the control panel for a solution and can’t figure it out. Please help me with this issue, I don’t know what else to try.

Thanks!
Karen

UPDATE: I finally resolved this issue by going to the product edit panel, clicking edit, then “design”, and then changing the layout override to “default”. This removed the unwanted blocks. Other layout override choices worked, too, but not choosing one and leaving it blank caused the issue. I think it’s resolved, will let you know if I have further issues. Thanks anyway. :-)

Hi Karen,

We definitely have to resolve this {“success”:false,”message”:”Arguments error”,”reload”:0} issue. Do you still get it when you go to Layout: Product scope in Page Builder?

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

No, the {“success”:false,”message”:”Arguments error”,”reload”:0} is resolved. Changing that thing in the product edit panel by going to: edit product > design > default (or another layout override, as long as it wasn’t left blank) solved both issues. I can now removed the unwanted blocks, or edit them, and that weird string of words (above) stopped happening. If anyone else has that issue with that sting of text, tell them to edit each product individually and make sure that the layout override in each product is not left blank. That’s what worked for me. Hooraaaay!

Oh, gosh, I’m so sorry, but that text string, “{“success”:false,”message”:”Arguments error”,”reload”:0}”, showed up again, and I can’t resolve it. I did make some changes that required that I uninstall a program, so I re-uploaded all of my backed up files in my cpanel. That may be what brought back the problem, but doing what I did before is not fixing it this time, and I can’t edit some of my pages because of this. I have NO idea how it resolved last time and why it won’t this time. Please help me out! Here is the log in info if you want to look at it:

I added a product to the “boots” page, and I can’t get to the page to edit it, so the boots are not showing up on the page. This will happen with other pages, too, likely. Please, please help with this issue so I can continue work on this website. Thanks so much.

Hi Karen,

Can you please describe the exact steps that you do to get this error? We’ve tried to reload pages save and delete scopes in Page Builder and everything worked nice.

Ok. In the Content area of page builder, on the drop down menu: category > shop > home décor, for example.
Here are other examples that cause the problem:

content > category > shop > clothing > shoes > heels

layout > product

modified > shop > home décor

I’m not even sure how category > shop > home décor is different from modified > shop > home décor, but the things I listed above are only a few, there are other drop down options in the content menu that cause me the same problem.
If you go to my webite: allthingsfeathers.com, and click on the shop menu at the top, then choose home décor, there is an error message on the page for all to see, as well as two sample images on the right of the page that I can’t remove because I can’t edit the page in page builder. This is very frustrating.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply, but we were not able to reproduce the problem. We’ve used with all major browsers but everything worked fine. What we’ve tried:

- Open the scopes (pages) you have given
- Save these scopes

We never get this {“success”:false,”message”:”Arguments error”,”reload”:0} error popping out.
