Some issues

This topic has been marked as resolved.

Hi,

Iam having some issues with the theme, I will give you the details..

1- The Main categories menu (Home and GLOBAL) is displaying ugly. In home I want like your demo to size in the FireSlider, and GLOBAL same proportions. (see atach 1-2-3-4)
It seems it fits each category different (height and widht).

2- Header menu in Mobile (responsive) is not dropdown subcategories (see atach 5) (I had open a topic wih this)

3- When adding a product and go to cart dropdown it doesnt “drop” anymore only redirect if you click the cart. (In product pages).

4- The SEO is not working with some pages (home, cart, checkout, login, account, etc) (see atach 6-7-8)
The ugly SEO is this: /index.php?route=WHATEVER

Best regards, Maxi.

@kersian

Your issue #3 is already addressed here, with another mini-cart issue that you may not be aware of.

I believe that the most recent update to the theme (v1.1.2) fixes the problem you are having, but the other issue in that thread is still waiting to be fixed.

@TXVaporGuy
Thanks for your replying, I´m afraid to update becouse its one step forward, 2 step backwards, so
I just want @TB Support, only to update the files I need to fix my issues.
I gave them FTP credentials so they can play :P
Still waiting.

Hi,

1.1) The megamenu width issue has been solved in the latest version of Kiddos (1.1.2). We’ve put a CSS fix in your custom stylesheet panel, which you can remove after update.

1.2) Subcategories direction in a megamenu can be controlled from the category menu settings in Menu Composer:

3) This has been resolved in 1.1.2 as TXVaporGuy has said. The fix can be found in catalog/view/themes/BurnEngine/template/product/product.tpl

4) Will check the SEO problem and will see you back.

Hi, thanks for the response.

The width in megamenu is now solved but not the height and position.
I attach some pics to see.

Thanks in advance!

I now have updated to BurnEngine 1.1.3, if I remove the custom CSS that you made for mobile subcategories (problem 2) and megamenu (problem 1) , both shows like older BurnEngine, so I have to keep that custom CSS.
But the megamenu still shows different from your demo theme (the banner Pic doesnt use “all” the width (it shows like a square , pics 1 and 2 attached)

And now I found other issue, in checkout/checkout the “login” button shows in other position (much to the right , pic 3 attached)

The SEO problem keep persisting.
Thanks.

Hi,

1) We’ve put one more custom CSS addition in to your custom stylesheet about the menu and everything seem fine.

2) We’ve also reuploaded some newer SEO fixes and now your system page urls should be rewritten.

Hi TB, thanks for your fixs, now it seems all ok!
Now I have 2 questions:

1- My checkout/checkout page doesnt seem to be displaying ok (i attach some images)

2- It is possible to translate the SEO strings?

Best regards, Maxi.

Problem number 1 was fixed, now only have the question if SEO strings can be translated.
Thanks!
