Sticky Header a bit off-center

I’m upgrading my site to latest version of Pavilion Theme and noticed the Sticky Header is a bit off-center (see attached screenshot).

I also notice the same problem on the Technopolis Demo (see attached screenshot): http://demo.themeburn.com/technopolis/1/
