Sticky header incompatible with edit header extension – how to change

I have this extension but it does not work with the Pavilion theme for Opencart (works with default theme) – Quick Edit Admin Panel

It adds a quick edit header tab to the store front for the admin user but is not visible so I presume that the Pavilion sticky header is hiding it or is incompatible. Is it possible to edit the sticky header and where or perhaps you could look at the extension code below and point me in the right direction so that I can contact the developer?

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

I am using it locally at the moment on a test server with the pavilion theme to ensure everything works but here is the link to the demo version of the extension:
