Still Cant view order in Pavilion using Multimerch

Hi,

I have a couple of issues on my Multimerch setup

1) when an order is placed in the sellers clicks to view the order I get a white page with nothing on it – no site info just blank

2)I have 2 x message boxes in my seller account, ill get a screenshot up later.

I checked the error logs and nothing has appeared?

Hi,

1) The blank order page is an error caused by missing footer in the original MM file. We’ve provided a patched file, that should fix this problem. At least order information works fine on our local installation. Maybe you need to clear your vqmod cache?

2) We will wait for the screenshot.

Hi,

I cleared the cache and its still happening, where is this patched file?

Below are 2 screenshots of the 2 message links, both work fine and lead to the same message centre.

I also had a rating error on reviews instead of the reviews saying 5/5 it says 5.000/5 – see screenshot.

Yes I checked yesterday when using the default theme there is no errors at all.

I got the order viewing problem fixed. Just the 2x message boxes, the reviews error and the shipping error still to fix.

I have now fixed the reviews rating error.

If you have any help on the 2 message links and the shipping error on multiple products that would be good.

Hi,

Can we take a look at your installation? We never succeeded to get the doubled “messages” menu links and the delivery errors.

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

To fix the reviews issue:

On the Pavilion CP find the reviews module and under rating type select single item review, the average option was causing the issue.

To fix the orders not showing I just reinstalled the pavilion MM patch 1.2, cleared the vqmod cache and then clear the cache in Pavilion CP and it worked.

everything else seems to be working except the shipping option and 2 x message options.

1) We’ve fixed the double “messages” menu problem. The strange thing is that your files were exactly the same as those on our local test version, where everything works fine. We’ve changed vqmod/xml/multimerch_xt_messaging_pavilion.xml.

2) The delivery error message appears on the default theme too (check the attached screenshot). This means that this is not a theme related issue and you should ask Martin about this bug.

thanks for fixing that not sure what happened as no errors where displayed and both where working.

I have only just found one more error:

I have updated the Facebook and Twitter API’s now I can like the Facebook box on the products but when I comment nothing is displayed on the facebook page and advice?

Twitter works fine.
