Sub sub category on the sub category menu

Is there any way to display sub sub catagory on the sub category menu?

ie:
Catagory
Sub category
sub sub cat
sub sub cat
sub sub cat
Sub category
sub sub cat
sub sub cat
sub sub cat
Sub category
sub sub cat
sub sub cat
sub sub cat

Have it like this but 2 columns in the main navigation?
