Sub Sub Sub categories not showing

Hi,

We have a category hierarchy that has 4 levels

Parent Category > product type > product subcategory > sub sub category

In the menu composer i have set it to have subcategories depth of 4 (and also 6 as a test) but the subcategories do not show past the third level.

Can you advise how to achieve this please.

We will need a live example. Can you provide website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check?
