Hi Support,
I would like to know how to change the subcategories above the products list/page in multiple columns instead of one long column.
It is nice when you have a few sub cats but i have many and then you see a long row on top of the product list / page. See printscreen beneath…

Hi Anita,
1) Go to Page Builder > Content > All categories and drag a Text block to insert some custom text.
2) You can manage your left sidebar globally from Page Builder > Left column > Global, or modify it only for product categories from Page Builder > Left column > All categories

Hi Anita,
Generally, subcategories in list view cannot have sub subcategories displayed. That is why this error message appears.
We still need to make an internal check to prevent it from popping out. This will be done for the future version.

Unfortunately i have constantly problems with my new OC installation. I have had four other extensions and none will work well. So I would like to start again with a new OC installation and with your other theme Shoppica. I liked that one more in the first place, but I made a mistake. Is it possible to refund Pavilion so I can buy your Shoppica? I would appreciate it very much, thank you very much!

As an exclusive item in ThemeForest, Pavilion theme and Shoppica cannot be distributed outside the marketplace.

Dear Support,
What do you mean with cannot be distributed outside the market? Themeforest can refund Pavilion to my themeforest account and than I can buy Shoppica.
All the extensions where a disaster, I already worked with the designers of= those extensions and they didn’t solved it. It already cost me a lot of time and I want to move forward with a new OC installation and Shoppica.
The extensions that gave me problems where:
1. ProductQuickEditPlusv1.3.3oc2.0.x.x
2. aeproproducts1.5
3. seo-mega-packv2.0.0.9
I have already deleted the extensions, except SEO mega pack
I hope you will refund so I can start right away with my new installation and get the chance to start over with Shoppica.

Hi,
The extensions you have listed modify only administration right? Generally, Pavilion does not alter administration by any means and cannot break these extensions. About SEO Mega Pack, we have tested this extension many times and it should work out of the box.
We will gladly take a look at your website, if you share some details (admin and ftp).
About the refund; you should ask Envato.
