Hello shoppica support! :)

Now, Shoppica 2.2.4 – support microformat data in the old format

Modern microformat data is

- for future (google snippets, etc)

So, my first question to you is:

When are you provideĀ support schema.org microformat in Shoppica?
This is very-very necessary feature requests!

My second question to you is:
when will you planned release a new version of Shoppica 2.2.5
and that there will be improved?

@realarchitect

Google engine won’t stop recognizing the old format for quite a long time, believe me :)

Anyway, we are going to add the new microdata format in the next minor update, which is going to happen in a week or two.

Guys, I am very sorry that you haven’t answered my message.
I’ll try to write again.

Thank you very much for your work, but why do you not fulfill your promise?
You wrote on September 30 that the next release would be in a week or two.
But 3 weeks have passed since that time and there is no release yet.
What the matter? Has some catastrophic situation happened?

Hello Alex,

No promises were ever made. Only estimations.

Since we’ve decided to postpone the update for now (as there are no major changes to commit), we posted the modified product.tpl, so you can have the latest microdata format.

Generally, we plan to refresh Shoppica, but after we finish something new, we’ve started a while back.

Best,
ThemeBurn team

HTML coding and CSS are not very clean, I thought that maybe you’ve fixed it.
