System blocks and theme blocks

Hello,

I have searched in the support forum for both the blocks – system and theme blocks but the only things that I found were these links:

- http://docs.themeburn.com/burnengine/content-blocks/ -> here I can see where to find and how to use them in page builder

- http://docs.themeburn.com/burnengine/content-blocks/system/ -> here I can see only that “System blocks are pieces of default OpenCart functionality”. So where can I edit this functionality? I need to translate:

- the “Cart” of “Cart Menu”

-the “Description” and the “Reviews” from the Content area in Layout:Products

If you could describe me in a few words where in the Opencart Admin menu I can control and customize that 2 types of blocks (maybe theme blocks are not allowed to be changed) I could be very satisfied. My website is http://www.cartoontoys.bg

Also, when I want to change the product style of Latest Products theme block. For example “Wishlist” button. From where I could change/custommize that (for ex. to change the text when it’s choosen bg language)?

Have you checked the tutorial about theme localization:

There are some additional steps that you need to do in order to get your Kiddos theme fully translated.

Hello :)

Thanks a lot about that link – it helps me to figure out how to translate all that components. Now let me know on the second question – how can I edit system blocks? For example in this page http://www.cartoontoys.bg/Boy/Heroes-Wrestlers-Animals if you change into bg langauge you can see that the first row the dropdown is not very well fit in the field. As I can see this is a system block so I want to change it to fit in the area. Could you help me from where I can edit system block?

Hi,

Unfortunately, you do not have the control elements on such a micro level. What you can do here is to modify this text string:

Продукти, добавени за сравняване

to something a bit shorter:

Продукти за сравнение:

Сравни продуктите

or reduce the website font size a bit.
