Hi,

Sorry for not replying you fast, but you have nearly 50 modifications and we will need some time to see what is going wrong.

It’s okay… thanks very much for your support.

The problem is something called ‘Override Engine’. You have to uninstall it if you want to use our theme. It makes OpenCart totally incompatible anyway.

We also disabled most of your extensions in order to find where the site breaks up. You wouldn’t Nitro cache and SEO, because most of their functionality is built in to the theme.

Just to make sure have you disabled the “Override Engine”?

Also, If I keep NitroPack will i have an issue?

And if I enable the extensions you have removed is it fine?

Really thanks for your great support!

We didn’t remove the OverrideEngine, just disabled some of its functionality, which could be enabled again with a future update or just cause some unpredictable side effects. That’s why we recommend disabling it, but you should do this manually.

You can enable the disabled extensions. Please, test the site after every enabled extension to see if something doesn’t break. Some NitroPack parts wouldn’t work with our theme as there is overlapping functionality.

Can you tell me how to remove the Override Engine?

Also, how can i disable rating from my site?

I want to also disable the Blog for the time being, how to do it?

Another question is how to change the copy right
“© Copyright 2014-2016. Powered by Open Cart. Pavilion theme made by ThemeBurn.com”

I tried all tabs and couldn’t find anything.

Hi,

1) Unfortunately, we haven’t dealt much with the Override engine. You should better ask the developer or search the extension documentation.

2) Rating cannot be fully removed, but thanks to BurnEngine, you could hide most of the rating information and review submit form.

For other rating instances, you can use this CSS to hide them:

.rating {
  display: none;
}

3) Blog (Stories) is a module called Stories and can be found in OpenCart’s module section.

4) Here is a quick tutorial, how to edit the copyright information:

Hi,

Can you please update the theme? This issue has been resolved in v1.0.3. The latest version is available to download from your ThemeForest account.
