Template not showing

He there,

I’ve just purchased the pavilion open cart theme. When I try to install the theme, I am not able to select it in the backend. See screenshot. The dropdown shows nothing.

If I try it locally, it works. So I put every I had online. But when I try to change my settings on the live location, the theme crashes and shows “CP module not installed”, while it IS installed. I’m not able to reverse it, so I have reset to backup. This is really frustrating, because now I can’t change any open cart settings. I think the problem is related with the dropdown not showing anything.

I hope anyone of you can help me out with this problem.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

you have an error in your admin/config.php file. The following configuration directive is wrong:

define('DIR_CATALOG', '/sites/mokerhard.nl/www/mokerhard.nl/catalog/');

There is no such path on your system. Fix it and your templates should appear.
