Hi,

We’ve checked your website and could not find the described problem. We’ve created a testing subcategory and it showed fine on the website (we’ve disabled it afterwards):

Is this issue still valid or we are missing something?

Thank you for testing. The subcategory shows on the website, but if you click on it, it directs you to the homepage instead of entering this subcategory.

Hi,

Sorry, forgot to say that it showed and worked on entering. We have enabled it back (Test under Doogee Accessoires).

P.S. You need to clear theme cache after you create new categories in order to rebuild the category url structure.
