Any reason why the customer cannot see the prices on the product detail page?

I can see the prices perfectly fine on IE, FF and Chrome.

I think the colour behind the price is not showing on their computer but it does on mine. So you get a white price on a white background.

Any ideas why it would do this on their computer? I think they are using Internet Explorer 8.
