Theme blocks have disappeared

Hi, my theme blocks have disappeared all of a sudden. It’s been a few days since I last logged on but when I go to theme options tap in OC version 2.0 I tried to update a page on my site and there are no blocks for me to drag.

Any ideas? See image of my pavilion control panel attached.

Hi,

Have you tried to clear theme cache from Theme Settings > System > Cache?

hi, yes I have and no change. It appears to be only with Google browser that I see the disappearance of the content blocks.

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
