Pavilion theme not loading

Hi, have just installed pavilion theme into Opencart and when trying to open it from the Opencart dashboard it gets stuck on a blank page with the loading label – and it won’t actually open.

Seems to be a similar problem to this post – http://support.themeburn.com/topic/theme-settings-keeps-loading

Grateful if you could assist.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
