Theme not working

I downloaded the theme and have installed it per the installation instructions. When I go into opencart it allows me to select the theme in System settings and I have installed the Module. I have even imported my store information. Everything seems to be working fine, except for when I go to my live store, it still shows me my original theme, even when I save the settings in the Pavilion CP module. What am I doing wrong? I have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times with the same effect.

Hello? I bought this theme almost two weeks ago now and can not use it. Can someone please tell me why it is not working? If not can someone please tell me how I go about getting a refund? Thank you.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

Hopefully this helps,

I did reinstall a back up to my website because after trying to install the Pavilion theme I had a bunch of things missing from my website. Hopefully, I haven’t messed it up too much.

Hi,

Everything is working fine now. What we’ve done:

1) Modified index.php

2) Re-uploaded these two files from the package (they were not uploaded successfully):

catalog/model/setting/extension.php
system/engine/controller.php

3) Activated theme

4) Installed module.

Thank you! I have no idea why I couldn’t get it to work. I reinstalled those files a few times. I must have had some corrupt or missing data when I downloaded them. Thank you again. I have been having fun working with your theme.

Glad we could help.

If you are happy with Pavilion, we will be grateful, if you rate our theme in ThemeForest.
