Theme Settings keeps loading

When I want to go to theme settings the page keeps loading…

I see a blank page with a circle and loading thats all…..

How can I fix this ? It did worked before.

Can you try again ? When we applied the fix for your previous issue a specific file didn’t upload correctly which may have caused this continuous loading.

Oke the Theme settings page loads etc , but for example when I want to safe footer settings … it keeps saying saving settings.. and nothing happens..

I need to click on some other menu in the oc admin , and then back again to theme settings so I can work further… If the change I needed to be done are not that many then it has been saved… if I change to much , then it does not save…

Do you know what I mean ?

I am not sure I understand what is your issue with saving. Can you give me access to the admin panel and guide me step by step how to replicate the problem ?

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi @TiaID,

there was an issue which was identified and fixed. We applied the fix for you, so you don’t need to do anything. Sorry for the inconvenience.

For other users, who are reading this thread – this was an edge case issue, coming from specific combination of server configuration settings, which caused the loading screen to not disappear. It is fixed with the upcoming Pavilion 1.0.1 update.

Is this update already launched?
I have this issue on nginx server.. when i click save it keep showing the alert window, but the data is updated..

I get this error in OC logs when the save fails:
