Theme Technopolis full NOT RESPONSIVE

Hello. After buying theme we checked responsive design of theme on IPad and phone and see that our site with Technopolis fully UNRESPONSIVE! When on template description written “Responsive design”. We was shok! First thought,, that maybe we have done mistakes on code of site or some settings of template. But when we checked demo of theme http://demo.themeburn.com/technopolis/1/ we see the same problems – theme is not responsive for IPad (1024px768px and 768px1024px) and phone (width 320px). In attachments you can see screenshots of this theme on IPad and phone – fully NOT responsive!!!! Waiting for answer from devlopers of theme???????	golovninak

Version IOS 6.0.1. Is this so important what version of ios? Many customers see site with not last version of ios or safari. All themes that was tested on this Ipad is looking well with responsive design. And what about responsive design on phone?	golovninak

Hi, The importance of iOS version (or any browser version) matters about the support of modern styling options that browser provides. Not all advanced layout features that are offered by Technopolis (BurnEngine) can be accomplished with outdated browser technologies. iOS 6 is quite old – it is released in 2012, 5 years ago and has a limited support for latest CSS rules. Besides, iOS 6 usage share is close to ~ 0% (http://caniuse.com/usage-table), so chances are none of your customers is using it. We just cannot support every existing browser in the world. About phone problems – sorry but we will need to ask you the same question. What are your phone’s OS / browser / browser version? BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

About all versions of browsers we can agree with you (really we are not required for responsive design to compatible with IE version 2010 for example). But another new themes on themeforest resource are compatible with old version of IOS and Safari. At all Untill now problem was found only with Technopolis theme. On phone problem have only with standart browser. If open site on Google Chrome on phone the responsive design is well.	golovninak

Hi, As we’ve said in our previous post, most of the advanced features that Technopolis (BurnEngine) offers cannot be achieved in older browses (like older Safaries). Other themes do not have all positioning features of BurnEngine. About phone problems, Technopolis is checked on Android 4.4+ and everything seems fine with the default browser: http://i.imgur.com/MdSC9b1.png BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
