Dear Team

We have updated our Pavilion OpenCart Theme to v2.1.4 and everything went smoothly. After that we enable “also bought extension” from theme panel and we faced a serious issues from end user page and back-end
from the main website error showing as bellow Message :

“There BurnEngine module has not been installed. Please, enter the admin area and install it.”

# And from back-end the following errors .
BurnEngine has not been installed due to the following reason(s):

The engine cannot find at least one valid theme.

Please, correct the errors above and then try to install the theme module again

Hi,

your issue has been fixed but we weren’t able to identify a connection between this problem and the enabling of the ‘also bought products’ extension. The error seems to have something in common with database migration or opencart update. Did you migrate (or move to different server) your database recently ?

after checking there are still some issues :

## Drop-down menu on all the store is not working :

* if you click drop down will not drop as it shown in language and categories

Hi,

Clearing theme cache resolved the last two problems. Most likely, you have upgraded theme and old script files were not replaced (due to theme cache being ON).

Hi,

You need to disable menu justification and set some spacing between menu items. Please check the attached screenshot.
