When in Admin > BurnEngine > Page Builder > Content tab > from the dropdown select Layout > select any layout from the list > you’ll get this error: {“success”:false,”message”:”Arguments error”,”reload”:0}

Same error is shown when you select anything from that dropdown that has subchoises, like Layout, Information page, Category, System page and Modified.

This is also shown on the official demo that you have, so can you please check it and provide a fix, because it’s a bug within your theme, and I really need this functionality to work as it should, without a problem.
