They do not add products into the shopping cart !!!URGENT!!!

We started with a topic from you and when you click on the product on the homepage add to cart and enters Cart There’s nothing there. When you close and reopen the site the product is there but until the page is closed product was not added to cart. Why? Thanks	darcekovyservis

The problem is that you have a www and a non-www version of your site. When you open the non-www version and then go to www version, the cart is empty, because for the web browser these are two different sites. This also causes a negative effect for search engines, as they register duplicate content. Please, add a redirection to your www version in order to resolve this issue.
