Title and Description in Categories/SubCategories doesn't appear

Dear support, the “header area” containing the title and description of the category and subcategories doesn’t appear correctly, thing that don’t happen in the product page and all the other templates. In attachment you find the screenshot. Could you please help us to solve it? We installed the Theme in a test area. Here the login data: Thanks Best Simone	chiaromonte

Dear support, I write you again to enforce the fact that the ISSUE IS CRITICAL and the theme doesn’t work correctly since it didn’t show the HEADING OF ALL CATEGORIES. We are not talking about a simple delimeter ( http://support.themeburn.com/topic/fixed-woocommerce-single-product-breadcrumbs-issue ) which within 1 year still haven’t find a fix in the next releases. We are talking about the HEADING OF ALL CATEGORIES and because of this we kindly ask you: 1) Send us the correct PHP file to replace with the current one 2) Tell us which WP version, Theme version and WooCommerce version we have to install in order to see the template as in shoppica-wordpress.com.
