Hi,
I tried to, but it didn’t work for me.
In the theme language files I found for example ‘Grid’ , ‘List’, ‘Show’.
I translated them via the program Poedit, but somehow the file wasn’t taken by wordpress.

There are a few other phrases, I couldn’t find inside the theme language file:
Cash on Delivery

Checkout
Pay with cash upon delivery.
Cash on Delivery

can someone help me?

thanks,
Benjamin

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check why translation is not working.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hello,

The strings you mentioned should be changed in WP Admin.

These should be translated in Woocommerce Settings.

Also you have to change page names because currently they are in english and this is how they appear in page heading and breadcrumb.

Hi,
yes, I could change a few more strings via the Woocommerce Settings.
But still the ‘.mo’ file is for some reasons not taken by wordpress.
You’ll see this in the attached screenshots.

What’s wrong with my installation?
can you once again have a look to that?

thanks a lot,
Benjamin

Hello,

.mo file cannot be read because it is compiled, but your .po file is not translated and all strings are in english.

You have to translate .po file and then export .mo file with this translation.

Pleae read documentation for detailed guide how to translate.
